Childbirth Education
There are many different options for Childbirth Education for parents in the Colorado Springs area. From a one-day class offered at the hospital, weekend classes or a full 12-week program that teaches about every aspect of a healthy pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Parents are able to choose how much they want to learn and in what atmosphere. Many of the Childbirth Education programs listed below are focused on how to achieve a normal, satisfying birth. They teach women to be confident in their ability to give birth to their babies, as well as coping techniques, breastfeeding, and much more.
